I am still getting fullscreen from Kiwi on my Android 8.0 phone (both for existing and new shortcuts). However, I do *not* have Chrome enabled on this device. I assume that Kiwi (like most such apps) uses Chrome to display web content if it is installed, and the Android System Webview if not. So perhaps a recent Chrome update might be causing this? (If so, the problem may hit my system when Google makes a similar update to the webview.)
