I'm not sure what to make of that. The station is definitely still broadcasting. And announces itself as Radio Cairo 95.4 FM. The website link seems to be oriented to describing what is heard to terrestrial radio, [FM, AM, SW]. Since I don't reside in Egypt, I cannot verify that they do or don't broadcast on that frequency, though I'd be surprised if they don't.
