I changed the ".aac" on the URL you suggested but it didn't play on my system - I was going to look deeper today but without a working example it was hard.
Just to capture info now. 1. What is the version of BBCiPlayer plugin you are using ? This is so that it is clear what version of BBCiPlayer still has a working Flash 2.
