You are welcome. Am currently working on the same sort of thing for CBC (Canada) ... I have it working for CBC Music (with hacks for what looks like horrors in their data because of timezones across the country).
As for where to discuss radio stations. I'm not sure. There is a long running thread about what people are listening to now. Maybe something like that. However, to me it feels more like something for a wiki so that people can quickly search by type etc. I suspect that the best place will be specialist sites for particular music genre.
