Skip backward is only for Live broadcast. Use rew and ffwd for "Listen Again" or if using WebUI - click on time bar. Segment times are available for some (not all) Listen Again programs - allows to skip to a particular segment although there was some inconsistency between BBC station whether it was start or end of a segment.
