I had not explicitly opened 5353 but since it was working with my primary Spotify account did not think any firewall issue existed. In any case i explicitly opened 5353 UDP & TCP on the firewall and retried. Same issue. The steps to reproduce the issue are as follows:- 1) Setup Spotty on LMS with the primary-Spotify account credentials 2) Use spotify from an Android or IOS or laptop using the same primary-Spotify account credentials At this point i see all my playback devices 3) Now login on Android or IOS or laptop with a familyAccountMember-Spotify credentials At this point I see only Spotify native devices and do not see any playback devices that are connected via the Spotty plugin. 4) I then tried adding the same familyAccountMember-Spotify credentials to the Spotty settings on LMS Once again I see only Spotify native devices and do not see any playback devices that are connected via the Spotty plugin. It is very clearly related to the Spotify credentials used. I even used the same physical Andoid/IOS device to test once with the primary-Spotify account credentials and then using the familyAccountMember-Spotify credentials. Same issue. works fine with the primary-Spotify account, doesnt work with the familyAccountMember-Spotify credentials.
