I was able to resolve the issue with my family Spotify accounts not being able to see Spotty playback devices. These are the steps I did. Not sure if all steps are required but this worked for me, hope it helps someone else with the same issue. - Deleted my userid/password credentials on the Spotty settings page. - Enabled the spotty.exe on the LMS windows server firewall - Stopped LMS and started it again. - Killed all running instances of spotty.exe on the Task manager - From Spotify app on my laptop using the primary Spotify account credentials, i clicked the playback devices and from the listed devices I clicked "Spotty Authentication" After this all my family Spotify accounts were able to see all playback devices linked via Spotty.
