Does this happen on startup or otherwise? I believe this is related to my attempted fix of an issue when using touch screen and of the browser window not actually having focus and the fact that touching it does not give it focus and then keyboard input can go elsewhere. I did see this error during development, and had to code for it. Are you using Store version? (I may have had this unfixed in legacy installer for about ten minutes). If you are using legacy installer .28 is there now, Store version might be another day or two.
