It doesn't always appear, either on start-up - I have it set to auto-start and the minimize to the System Area, or if I shut down SqX and start it again. I do have a laptop with a touch screen (although I don't use that function much). I use the Store version. I don't seem to be able to force this error, just appears randomly.
