There's nothing more recent when it comes to the kernel. But if you want to update to SlimServer 6.5.1 you should download the latest CD image as there are new dependencies for 6.5.1 which are only fulfilled in SlimCD >=1.8. > Well, I've got a command line in SlimCD, but I can't figure out how to > get it to let me look at anything on the harddrives. With that little toolbar on the lower right you can mount your drive (hopefully). From within a shell it's something like "sudo mount /mnt/hda1". You can then "cd /mnt/hda1" to go there and "ls /-l" to have a file listing. Or start Midnight Commander (available from the context menu within the GUI). > Um, I know this is silly, but how do I copy text out of Bash to show you > guys what I've got? Just mark the text using the mouse. In the web browser (or wherever you want to paste) press the middle mouse button to paste. -- Michael ----------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.herger.net/SlimCD - your SlimServer on a CD http://www.herger.net/slim - AlbumReview, Biography, MusicInfoSCR _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
