Very strange because they use the exact same URLs just with out the "#extra". Is this a new problem - the BBCiPlayerExtra menus have NEVER worked or something new that just happened to a previously working system. The Extra menus work OK for me so it is not a problem with BBC. You are choosing from the BBCPlayer Extra menu and not as a saved favorite ?
