d_info and d_scan provide no useful info wrt AlienBBC. You need a log with d_plugins, d_source and d_remotestream.
Since you provide no details on what part of AlienBBC is not working - first check. 1. Does mplayer work standalone ? 2. Do you have checked RTSP entries in Server Setting/Filetypes - which ones are checked ? 3.
