(I mean your .exe helper app on Windows) Last time it took me 3-4 attempts , previously it went all good straight away. I did think for a while its down to Spotify app "timing".. Maybe it uses some of required files and "lock" them temporarily. I couldn't replicate any persistent behavior though so its probably smth else.
