A log with DEBUG might provide a little more info, but I think trying to replicate issue would be best. I don't know the internal of Sounds - just that Sounds and iPlayer try to play the same programs from the BBC (I think ultimately using the same URL) To help Sounds developer and possibly try to replicate the issue (I am non-UK - it may be a UK vs non UK issue) (i) what program are you trying to play - and how did you find it.
