Because if you hadn't, you would have something like "Libraries/Stereo Music", but it sounds like you only have "Stereo Music". The "Stereo Music" folder itself should disappear when you have moved all the menus it contains.
To also get rid of the "Stereo Music" part you will need to goto the Custom Browse web interface and edit each menu that is part of the "Stereo Music" library, you should empty the "Menu group" field in each menu and leave the rest parameters as they are.
