I obviously don't agree. You not only tell it to filter by role, but you also tell it to include all online only artists. Which parameter takes precedence is not documented. But again, I'd claim that this is obvious, as the parameter to include online only artists only was added to overcome the limitation of LMS to not return contributors which don't have a role. Don't explicitly ask to include those artists if you don't want them.
