I've updated the PR on GitHub and attached a copy of the plugin here. I think this is enough for now as it solves the mp4 issue and also the early stop problem by doing a download of whole track in the background and streaming from there. Funny enough, it seems that dmixcloud gives you a decent throughput at the beginning and then throttle you down, but that does not matter.
