I don't use the COMPOSER tag, only for the few classical tracks that I have.
I use ARTIST, ALBUMARTIST and sometimes BAND (only when I sometimes want to 
view music in iTunes for syncing to an iPod Nano, as iTunes doesn't understand 
ALBUMARTIST).
