Alternatively, is there a way for me to roll back to the latest stable version of Spotty, then deactivate auto-update and run the thing with the helper application for ARMv6/7?
That's basically what the additional helper plugin does: it replaces the new helper with the old one. But make sure it's selected in Settings/Advanced/Spotty. From the log it seems as if Spotty was still trying to use the new build.
In the long run I think I will switch to Raspberry Pi. But, as I said, I need a short-term solution because of my kids killing me :eek:
I feel you, trust me! Mine have been my guinea pigs for years... I must not break that thing.
