See the post immediately before yours for a much less expensive
solution.
The minimum is Raspberry Pi (almost any version but good idea to get one
of the more recent models with multiple cores (LMS only uses 1 but
Spotty can use another one) - e.g. 3B+ or 4 (2GB or more) and Ethernet -
a power supply and an appropriate SD card(*).
Optional extra ... Case
Even more optional ... keyboard, mouse

You should be able to do that for half the price of that starter kit.
