I did see the following in a log file when poking around on my server:error: Unrecognized option: 'normalisation-method'
Oh!... that's an excellent catch! Would you be able to edit the custom-convert.conf file (in the root of the Spotty installation folder)? You could try to remove "--normalisation-method basic", restart LMS and try again.
