I've just checked LMS on a laptop, and the Spotify Albums folder is
empty there, too. So Michael is right, this seems to be a server issue.
I wonder if Michael has had any reports from other UK users of an issue.
I haven't. Could you please try to get your albums list using the
Spotify developer's console?

You'll need to "Get Token" first. Then "Try it". Would that give you a
list in the bottom right?
