You'll need to "Get Token" first. Then "Try it". Would that give you a list in the bottom right? The default limit is set to 50, and I get the error with that. But if Iset the limit to 10, it returns a list of albums.
Try to increase the offset by 10. Would the request fail at some point? As if there was one album causing the problem?
