For the File Types rule FLAC>PCM, is one of the drop-down options "FLAC/InguzDSP"? If so, try it.
If not or no change, it will probably be a matter of editing the custom-convert.conf file that governs TIDAL. Hopefully, someone else who uses TIDAL will chime in with direction. I'd start by looking in the "TIDAL" plugin folder(s).
