More mystery...
I set up a new server. Installed the cddcwav extension and plugin. Radio as player. Track 1 shows as playing via the Web gui. On the radio itself, the now playing screen shows the artwork and a buffering line which is seemingly stuck at 11% I need to revert back to the original server and physically check the actual radio screen (it's in another room) to see if that also shows the buffering percentage. Restarted original server using radio. The now playing screen also shows 11% buffering.
