Actually, I'm not sure that it is missing, I think there might be a
conflict between the two plugins.  I do include an xpath module that is
dependent on TreeBuilder, which I think is what is causing the problem.
(I may have not included it correctly, as it was a while ago I did that)
I presume if you temporarily remove RadioNowPlaying plugin,  the Virgin
Radio Plugin works?
I'll see if I can get to the bottom of what's going on.
