Who knows. Its all bit confusing and requires a bit of investigating thats probably not worth it. As Virgin Radio doesn't include Treebuilder.pm either, but it does include a library that is dependent on it. I believe LMS is also dependent on it (I may be wrong), so I don't know what circumstances it wouldn't be around. Anyway, a release is coming shortly that will fix the issue for Virgin Radio.
