So after replacing my files, and all seemed to work fine, tonight I've got the broken sound again.
So I checked my Server settings and bpa in the last post said to uncheck RTSP/FLAC which I tried but then couldn't get any sound out of SB from the Beeb stations. While RTSP/FLAC was unchecked I navigated the SB to "now playing" and noted the format had reverted to WAV (it was FLAC before), so unchecked RSTP/WAV on the server. Suddenly my sound was back and clear and using MP3 format. Okay. So dumb questions, bear in mind that I'm new to this and don't fully understand the different formats, I've just been following instructions from other wiki's or forums: 1.Is this the correct way of setting up the server for AlienBBC, I've not read anything about unchecking any of the RTSP's before. It's certainly working for now, but is it worth me trying to work the problem out with RSTP/FLAC checked? 2.Will doing this effect any other streams, or will this force FLAC's and WAV's to play in the MP3 format? Is that a problem?
