OK, I was probably making assumptions. On iPeng 0.1a i put an anchor in EVERY row and I'm not sure, whether others are probably doing the same. If they did, this would look nasty... I'll give it a try with some plugins and if it works out well I'll handle the anchor parameter like the contentanchor item.
