How do you want the pageHeaderInfo to behave? Show up below or within
the title bar?

Also: My own pages do a lot of evaluating in the pwd_list to define the
"return to.." button, maybe I should generalize and include this in the
pageheader.

1. I see threee alternatives:
-a) the conatiner handles inclusion of the pagebar completely on it's
own (than it knows whether it's there)
b) you add a pagebar option to the container and it just sizes
appropriately from determining the size of the pagebar itself
c) I generate a information block that returns the pagebar height.-
I don't have a preference right now.
2. Agree and understand. That's also why I soemtimes defined my own
parameters instead of usinf the default ones: This way you can safely
have different values for different skins.
3. I fully understand and fear that one. It's even worse: I'm already
working on some landscape views myself ;-)
