I've noticed that if I have a pageHeaderInfo block defined in my plugin
page it results in a blue row at the top of the page and the text in
the pageHeaderInfo block is not even displayed on this row.
For example it could look like this in the plugin page:

If I just have an empty pageHeaderInfo block it works correctly without
a blue line, but it would be nice if the pageHeaderInfo block was
supported since it is sometimes useful to display an information row at
the top of the page.
