I'm not sure I understand what you mean with this. The Dynamic Playlist plugin can already today be accessed through play+hold from the Custom Browse menus assuming you have setup playlists in SQL Playlist that takes a parameter, for example an artist or genre. If you push play+hold on an artist in a Custom Browse menu or in the standard "Artists" browse menu in SC, you will be able to select "Dynamic Playlists" and it will then show you all playlists that takes an artist as paramter. The same thing can also be setup for genres, albums and years.
