Am I missing something? > The two solutions that I know exist are: 1. Tag your music with musicbrainz tags and perform a full rescan before you change a MP3 file to a FLAC file, the ratings will then be automatically moved to the FLAC file.
2. Perform a backup in TrackStat section of Server Settings/Plugins, then open the backup xml file in a text editor and replace the mp3 extensions with flac extensions. Then perform a restore operation in TrackStat section of Server Settings/Plugins after you have performed a full rescan to detect the new FLAC files. I'm not sure if this will work if you don't have a TrackStat backup from before the change from MP3 to FLAC, I think it might work but I'm not completely sure. -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.homeip.net) 'My download page' (http://erland.homeip.net/download) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library and Database Query plugins' (http://wiki.erland.homeip.net/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=42588 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
