I don't get any duplicate files but for every time I start custom scan manually more files are added. my system is a 2Ghz P4..not high end but 70% cpu seems a bit to much. I don't get 70% cpu every time I scan either. Just the scans that "hang" or seem to never end.
In my server.log I found this about 500 lines.. "[08-04-01 10:17:36.2206] Slim::Formats::RemoteStream::open (104) Timeout on connect to [ws.audioscrobbler.com:80]: 10035: Unknown error" I wrote a test app using audioscrobbler ws-api and did not have any time out problems that i could see. Erland: If I can do anything to help you find what is causing this please tell me. Album Art Aggregator gave me lots of false possitives and more work than getting my artwork manually.
