Perfect log Boardrider.

The log shows that something is blocking the named pipes that are setup
by socketwrapper and used to communicate between SC and mplayer. 

Checking this out I found the foillowing

This user and others have proven ZA is the culprit. When they remove ZA
- problem goes away.

General note.
The socketwrapper in 6.5.4 onward has all of Ian Cooks fixes and some
more.  Do NOT use Ian Cooks socketwrapper.
