Yes, several times. I'm just very disappointed that Inguz hasn't been around to offer any suggestions or customer help; all I got was a recommendation to check those things I'd already stated in the previous posts. I've done that, a few times! Nothing.
To me it seems files are being loaded into incorrect or redundant folders, and the executables can't find them. The error we both get "404 Not Found: settings\plugins\InguzEQ\index.html" seems to clearly indicate that it's looking in a folder who's hierarchy is nowhere near what it is in my install. My index.html does indeed exist but is buried nine folders deep in another folder called C:Program Files\Squeeze Center\Server\plugins\InguzEQ\HTML\EN\plugins\InguzEQ\index.html.
