Just tried the recently released version 0.9.28 on my Debian Etch 1.0 Ghz Pentium III Server. After some initial problems installing it (mostly mono/debian related) I could make it work :D .
Of course, my server is just serving music to my Squeezebox, so I guess that is why it can handle it. After I press play it has a slight delay (like 3-4 seconds), and the CPU load goes to 96 %, but after some seconds it stays at around 35 %. There is still one problem, I can't access the Settings EQ web page, I click on it, and tries to open the page... but stays there forever, I did these tests with Firefox and Opera from a Linux laptop. Does this happens becuase it needs Silverlight? -- pichonCalavera *rip* (eac) > *convert* (flac) > *tag* (musicbrainz/mp3tag) > *normalize* (replaygain/foobar2000) > *albumart* (www) > *transport* (winscp) > *store* (debian) > *rescan* (squeezecenter) > *play* (squeezebox) > *mix* (musicip) > *listen* (sennheiser) > *scrooble* (last.fm) > *enjoy* (me :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pichonCalavera's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13068 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=26005 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
