cparker, I installed today's Windows build 21967 and the issues with the MusicIP plugin are fixed. I can not say the same thing for SugarCube as I'm still experiencing the issue with extended character when I enable SugarCube. I'm still seeing errors in my log like the examples below. Maybe is just a matter of using a similar method (function) that the MusicIP plugin uses to generate its playlists.
