Are you saying tha you want a plugin to do the same thing as your WPF application does or are you talking about a plugin that does something completely different ?

Dynamic Playlists can't be exported because they are created a few tracks at the time, so you can't easily get the whole dynamic playlist through the Dynamic Playlist plugin. It might be possible to do something through the Database Query plugin, but you would have to redefine the dynamic playlist as a query configuration and then export it as XML or some other format supported. What kind of portable player are we talking about ? If you are talking about iPod's, I once started to implement a plugin that implemented direct synchronization between SqueezeCenter and iPod. I never finished it because I purchased a larger 16GB iPod Touch which could contain all necessary music so synchronization wasn't needed as frequenly as with my old 6GB iPod Mini. The code is still available under the erlandplugins Google Code project and I'm still planning to finish it some time, however one issue at the moment is that it won't work with newer iPod's due to Apple restrictions which no longer allows you to mount the iPod filesystem. -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info) 'My download page' (http://erland.isaksson.info/download) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library and Database Query plugins' (http://wiki.erland.isaksson.info/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=50697 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
