You'll see a screensaver listed in each of the 9 slots for each of the three modes. I think SS starts out with the same screensaver in each slot, e.g. When Off has Date and Time in every slot, with some duration specified for #1 but the rest "manual"; When Playing has Now Playing in all slots, etc. You only need to concern yourself with the screensavers that have specific durations, and those you intend to use with button control. For instance, I don't use a When Idle screensaver, so on my system I don't bother with the SS slots for that.
