Odd... Is anyone else experiencing the above? What hardware players do you have? When you say it fails to retrieve data, exactly what data do you mean? All data? Are you using any additional plugins that display data via SuperDateTime? Also, please try forcing a data refresh by hitting the "+" remote button.
