I just posted a new version (5.6.2).  I don't think this will help your
situation, but please give it a whirl :)

Also, please crank up your logging level for SuperDateTime.  To do this
go Server Settings -> Logging.  Check the checkbox on the top of the
page so the settings will persist after a reboot.  Find SDP and set to
Debug.  Save.  Wait 20 seconds.  Restart SC.

ATTACH log output.
