Exactly what does your directory structure look like?  You should have
something like C:\Program
Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins\SuperDateTime and within that
directory there should also be a HTML directory and a bunch of nested
directories within that.  Note that all directory names are cAsE
sensitive too.
