Seems to be a bug on line 570 in Plugin.pm when using Linux(Ubuntu).
If I remove this line everything works again:

This line causes an extra / to be added at the beginning of the path
sent to MusicIP, the result is that SugarCube fails to retrieve new
tracks.
My Music Folder is in both MusicIP and SqueezeCenter set to:
/mnt/mp3music
