If you are changing ratings through SqueezeCenter, it should be enough if you have "Dynamically update statistics" ticked. If you tick "Include in automatic scans and "Scan All"" you will get a full export every time you do a rescan which might take some time. If you are changing ratings by modifying the rating tags, you will need to tick "Include in automatic scans and "Scan All"" to export these changes to MusicIP. If you like to transfer ratings to MusicIP, you will need to specify a lower Scanning order value on the Rating scanner module than the MusicIP Statistic Export scanning module. If you do this, the ratings will be imported to SqueezeCenter first and then the MusicIP Statistic Export module will run and export them to MusicIP. I suspect it might be caused by "MusicIP Statisitics Export" scanning module being enabled in automatic and full rescans.
