It does sound like you have TPE2 (BAND) tags that are being displayed as Album
Artist.

Make sure you have the latest version of Mp3Tag.

Have a look at the content of one of your mp3 files in a text/hex editor. (I
use PSPad, which has a hex editor mode, but Notepad should work). The tags
should be stored at the front of the file. If you are using albumartist tags
that SqueezeCenter understands, you should see "TXXX ALBUMARTIST". If you
instead see "TPE2", you have stored the album artist in the BAND tag.

>Apparently, I'm not tagging properly.
It's not your fault - its the lack of a proper standard for this, and other
apps mis-using another field to achieve it.

I use dbPowerAmp for converting formats - it's a nice app, but unfortunately it
is one of the apps that mis-uses Band as Album Artist.

The problem is that they *ARE* written as TPE2, which means Band, not Album
Artist.

I'll export my mp3tag configuration settings and send the zip to you in a PM.
