There is no difference in the applications which handling the AlienBBC RealAudio between 7.2 and 7.3 - in fact no change since about 6.x.
The 7.3 only add different menu handling which is about obtaining the URl toplay - nothing to do with playing. I believe there was a firmware bug relating to Flac which was fixed for 7.3 - this bug caused some stoppages.
