What OS are you using ? This thread starts with AlienBBC 2.02 - the current version of AlienBBC is 2.04 - which version are you using ?
If on Windows it sounds like mplayer is not installed ? If On Linux/OSX is sounds like mplayer.sh cannot be run or mplayer is not installed or is not in the expected directory.
