The intended behaviour is that sending a playlist also starts playback.
I'm pretty sure it used to work that way.  I'd prefer to have it do
that by default.  There could maybe be an option to control that
default behaviour.

Aside from that, I'm not yet convinced of the need to have a separate
play/pause option.  I think Dean has succeeded in drilling into me the
mantra that more options is bad and simple is good.  ;-)
