I think peterw's PowerCenter plugin has all the other software that you
need to control this stuff...i.e. windows versions of BR.exe "bottle
rocket" or HEYU.exe -- "Heyu".

In terms of ease of use....both the firecracker or the CM11A plug into
a free serial (yes, serial, not USB) port on the back of the server. 
If you can handle a command line, you you'll be up and running with
either the BR or HEYU utilities in no time.
